Nikolas Daniel
Associate
Nikolas is a junior associate and a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava. Already during his studies, he gained valuable experience as a legal assistant in several law firms. After graduating, he worked as a junior associate in an international law firm, where he gained experience in the areas of litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring, as well as competition law. Nikolas specializes mainly in corporate law and contract law, mergers and acquisitions, as well as personal data protection.
