  • Defending client, the leading Slovak private TV broadcaster in a number of defamation and content-related cases before the courts of all instances including the Supreme Court and the Constitutional court.
  • Representing client, the most listened to radio station in Slovakia, in various libel disputes and litigation involving judicial review of decisions taken by the Slovak Council for Broadcasting and Retransmission.
  • Defending the leading Slovak publishing house in a number of freedom of speech cases, including submitting the cases to the Slovak Constitutional Court and European Court of Human Rights.
  • Representing citizens of the town of Pezinok in a long-running dispute concerning the operation of a new waste dump, including submitting the case to the Slovak Supreme Court and representation of the clients in Article 267 proceedings at the Court of Justice of the European Union.
  • Representing the national railway transportation company in a compensation claim dispute of EUR 83 m.
  • Representing the state owned company operating the state lottery and other gambling games in a civil law case regarding unjust enrichment of EUR 13 m.
  • Representing client, a local design and consulting engineering company, for infrastructure and transportation projects in public law disputes concerning the Trans-European Transport Networks (TEN-T) project.
  • Defending client, one of the largest commercial banks operating in the Slovak Republic, in litigation involving a compensation claim of ca. EUR 20 m.
  • Defending client, a multinational construction and development company based in Sweden, in litigation involving a contractual penalty claim of EUR 10 m.
